Sharing logins, passwords, username, etc is strictly prohibit and if found that the member has shared information from Armchair Trading Floor is subject to termination without the right to ask for refund, by reading this disclaimer you have agreed to comply by all terms and conditions. You are not allowed to create your own content, training based on Armchair Trading Floor training, if found you have done so Armchair Trading Floor reserves the right to take legal action against you and or companies involved.

1C: CHAT, GROUP, FORUM RULES: Respect each member, do not cause a hostile environment with other members, we will give you warnings and if the problem continues you are subject of removal from the group.

1F: By purchasing our membership options shown on the www.armchairtradingfloor.co.uk website you acknowledge and agree that armchairtradingfloor is not liable for any losses incurred while trading the Forex Market.

2F: Any private training or sessions given by any trainer for a fee are subject to this agreement and are NON-REFUNDABLE. Help is included in our price but not private sessions where the trainer will teach you live. You are paying for our training videos already made, access to the membership website and platforms, any additional private training will be a fee associated to it depending on the trainer.

1H: REFUND POLICY: No Refund; any questions please do not hesitate to contact Armchair Trading Floor at admin@armchairtradingfloor.co.uk

 All Direct Debit memberships via paypal are subject to a minimum
12 month contract from the date of the second Direct
Debit payment, unless otherwise stated. After 6 months any member wishing to cancel must provide
a minimum of 30 days notice in writing to the Armchair Trading Floor. In some circumstances where notice is givenmid-month the notice period will be greater than 30 days
as the following months subscription must be paid.

e) Member’s who cancel their Direct Debit before the
expiry of the 6 or 12 month contract will be subject to
legal action to reclaim any outstanding sums owed. Any
additional costs incurred by Armchair Trading Floor in the pursuit of a defaulted contract will be
added to the outstanding sums owed by the member. By
purchasing the membership option, the member
has accepted these terms and conditions and will be
bound by them.
